• Provide Monitoring Support by processing emails, events, incidents, and service requests.
• Provide Monitoring Support by providing resolution and executing tasks for the project.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to the project's scope.
• Responsible in ticket management, ensure that tickets are: acknowledged, updated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Close communication with project team members on site and members located in Japan and in other locations
• Assess the risk of events, applies service knowledge to ensure event correlation and escalate appropriately.
• Meet and exceed the target SLA/SLO/KPIs of the project.
• Create project reports as required by the leads/management.
• Help create and improve the process documentations for the project.
• Do root cause analysis, propose actions, and help drive improvement.
• Help drive Continuous Improvement initiatives for the project.
• Provide Knowledge Transfer as required.
• Provide standby support and emergency coverage as needed.
• This position follows a hybrid setup, requiring weekly in-office work at the Accenture Cebu Office.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• A minimum of N1 JLPT certification or native fluency in Japanese is required.
• Experience in L1 Monitoring Support is a plus.
