End User Support Manager (ERP)

Supervise daily ERP (Workday) end-user support operations, ensuring timely issue user support operations, ensuring timely issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Maintain ERP functionality for day-to-day to day business activities, escalating issues per established procedures.
  • Oversee user provisioning, access management, and periodic audit reviews.
  • Coordinate with IT, functional configuration teams and MDM teams to resolve defects, ensure integration stability, and mitigate disruptions.
  • Monitor support ticket volumes, SLA compliance, user trends, and recurring issues to inform process or training improvements.
  • Lead communication of system outages, release notes, and changes to functional stakeholders.
  • Manage and update knowledge base articles, job aids, and user guides.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, and regression test cycles.
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify training gaps and deliver targeted user enablement.
  • Promote continuous improvement to enhance support service quality and reduce issue recurrence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates, managing daily activities and career growth.
