Verification & Compliance Officer (Real Estate Platform) — Work From Home

GRID is a fast-growing Filipino PropTech company digitizing commercial real estate. We're looking for a detail-oriented Verification & Compliance Officer to safeguard the integrity of our platform — verifying user identities, real estate licenses, and property listings before they go live.
What You'll Do- Verify PRC licenses (Real Estate Broker/Salesperson) against official PRC records
- Review and approve/reject user identity documents (KYC process)
- Cross-check property listing documents (Authority to Sell/Negotiate, ownership proof, photos) for authenticity
- Maintain accurate verification logs and trackers
- Flag suspicious or fraudulent submissions for escalation
- Coordinate with the Product and Data Privacy team on document handling
- At least 1 year of experience in compliance, admin, KYC, or real estate support
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or admin dashboards
- Familiarity with PRC verification processes or real estate documents is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs consistently
- Trustworthy and discreet — you'll be handling sensitive personal documents
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for WFH

Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs: 9AM - 6PM; Fri: 8AM - 5PM
