Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PASTRY CHEF

ROLE:

The Research and Development (R&D) Baker Chef is responsible for creating new and innovative bakery products while ensuring the highest quality and maintaining the unique essence of the bakery's brand. This role demands a blend of creativity, culinary expertise, and keen understanding of market trends.

The R&D Baker Chef will work closely with the culinary team, marketing department, and suppliers to develop products that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Must possess a degree in Business Administration or Management or other related field.
  • Experience: Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in hands-on management of a bakery, both service and kitchen aspects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting is also necessary.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of bakery production, ingredients, food safety regulations, and the bakery industry. Must also possess knowledge on budgeting and profit and loss management.
  • Attributes: Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for baking and customer service.
