Job Description:
- Conduct field visits to assigned clients to collect payments (cash, check, or other approved modes of payment).
- Ensure timely remittance of all collected funds within the prescribed company schedule.
- Issue official receipts or acknowledgment documents for all collections received.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue or pending payments.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing statements, payment schedules, and account concerns.
- Safeguard all company funds, receipts, and documents while in custody.
- Submit daily/weekly collection reports and liquidation reports to the supervisor.
- Coordinate promptly with immediate supervisors regarding any issues, discrepancies, or delays in collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required for this Field Collector position.
College graduate qualification is required for this role.
Previous collections or debt recovery experience is required.
Own motorcycle is required for this position.
This role requires territorial coverage specifically within Cagayan de Oro only.
