Job Description:
- Facilitate collection of account receivables on the basis of the itinerary provided by Credit and Collections Officer.
- Support collection efforts by Sales and Customer Service by doing telephone and field collection follow up.
- Ensure accurate recording of collections in Official, Provisional, and Collection Receipts.
- Responsible for the security and safety of collections, documents entrusted.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the motor vehicle assigned.
- Ensure prompt submission of collected amounts to Credit and Collection Officer.
- Ensure prompt transmittal of necessary documents required to facilitate on-time payment of customers
- Deposit of cash collections as required or instructed and support credit evaluation (Site Investigation and gathering of pertinent information)
Qualifications:
- At least college level
- Minimum of 6 months experience in accounts collection or related field
- Proficient in driving (4-wheel and/or 2-wheel vehicles)
- Basic understanding of payment and collection processes
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
