About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our dynamic team at RVD FOOD Inc'. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR strategy for our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and practices to support the overall business objectives
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters
- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that empowers and engages our workforce
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support the overall business strategy
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement effective HR solutions
- Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
