Physical Therapist (Treatment Services Provider)

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy or Sports Science Graduate
- Physically fit/capable
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical assessments of clients to identify concerns related to muscles, posture, mobility, flexibility, pain points, and overall physical function.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans based on the client’s condition, goals, and assessment findings.
- Administer treatment services such as myofascial release, M2T blade therapy, cupping therapy, assisted stretching, mobility work, and other approved recovery treatments.
- Explain the purpose, benefits, and expected outcome of each treatment to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Properly document client concerns, assessment findings, treatments performed, recommendations, and progress after each session.
- Refer clients to qualified medical professionals when their condition falls outside the scope of services provided.
- Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with company standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper preparation of the treatment area, tools, and equipment before and after each session.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols for all treatments and equipment used.
- Build rapport with clients and create a professional, comfortable, and trustworthy treatment experience.
- Educate clients on basic aftercare, recovery habits, stretching, mobility, and wellness practices that may support their treatment goals.
- Recommend relevant services, treatment packages, follow-up sessions, or add-ons based on the client’s needs and goals.
- Assist in converting first-time clients into repeat clients by clearly communicating the value of continued treatment.
- Support company sales goals by promoting suitable packages, memberships, or ongoing treatment plans without using hard-selling tactics.
- Coordinate with the front desk or management regarding client bookings, follow-up schedules, treatment recommendations, and client concerns.
- Stay updated with approved company treatment protocols, service standards, and product or package offerings.
Work Arrangement:
- Full Time and Onsite
- Mid Shift 1pm - 10pm (5 days a week and weekends off)
