As Project/Key Account Manager- Coordinate new client outreach and the implementation of new accounts, including identifying decision makers and developing presentations and quotes within the territory
- Maintain existing client relationships and follow up with inquiries, complaints, and service issues
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and forecast to ensure sales goals are met
- Preparing and implementing sales strategies to improve company revenue
- Acting as a point of contact between the clients and the internal team
- Researching and identifying prospective clients and generating leads
- Being able to communicate fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Infor, or similar) applications
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department
- Strong Sales experience within Australia & New Zealand
- Experience working with the Customer Relationship Management tools
