Production & operations manager (bussiness services)

Job Description

• Responsible for the country's product introduction and portfolio management.
• Study and analyze the market competition, define the opportunity, and propose product positioning, pricing, marketing, and service strategy.
• Understand product portfolio and roadmap from the headquarter; select the right product & SKU for the assigned market.
• Based on the understanding of the assigned market, provide accurate sales forecasts to headquarter.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, final inventory status and modify the order and forecast and ensure smooth supply status in the market.
• Manage quarterly business simulations including revenue, costs, expenses, and profit.
• Work with the sales team to expand the channel coverage and maximize the result.
• Work with the marketing team to build up the right product and brand position.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or other related course
• At least 25 years old and above
• With at least five (5) years business and management or sales experience in the same or related business industry.
• Preferred fluent in speaking and writing in Mandarin language.
• Tech savvy and highly analytical.
• Key skills/attributes- Organization and time management skills, adept in using excel and PowerPoint, can work well with a multi-cultural group, excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent project management skills
