Position: Technical Support Representative (Blended)Account: International Home Appliances Account
Location: Onsite – McKinley Hills, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Job Qualifications:
- Accepting SHS graduates (new curriculum) and at least college-level (old curriculum)
- At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative in a BPO setting.
- Must have experience handling blended support accounts (voice and non-voice)
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays, as required
- Must be amenable to work on-site in McKinley, Taguig City
