Qualifications/Requirements
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to packaged software and SAP application development projects.
- Collaborate with the team on coding, testing, and maintenance tasks.
- Follow coding standards and best practices and participate in code reviews.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software and application support issues.
- Learn and apply programming concepts, development techniques, and SAP-related processes.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Support SAP and other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of incidents.
- Assist in application configuration, workflow management, and change management activities.
- Work with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and follow ITIL frameworks in application support tasks.
- Seek guidance from senior team members and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge with Python, Java, SQL, and application development.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, or ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
