Marketing Assistant

We are an Australian-based finance company committed to delivering tailored lending solutions, and we are expanding our remote support team in the Philippines.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who develops and executes strategies to increase awareness and attract customers, through digital channels. This role goes beyond traditional marketing professional support, focusing on advertisement role, coordinating internal processes, generating leads and conducting market research to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
• Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
• Coordinating promotional activities and events
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
• Managing social media campaigns
• Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Based in the Philippines, with permanent work-from-home capability
• Experience in Marketing Assistant support role is highly desired
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Must be available to work Australian business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm Sydney time)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have own equipment:
• Reliable and up-to-date laptop/PC
• Headset with microphone
• Stable high-speed internet connection
