Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in managing large accounts and complex negotiations.
