The Clinical Transformation Partner works closely with operations, staffing, programs, analytics, and care navigation teams to translate clinical standards into scalable, real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Architecture and Standards
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine standardized Occupational Health and corporate primary care pathways
  • Embed risk stratification, early intervention, escalation logic, and preventive triggers into routine OH encounters
  • Define acceptable clinical variation, documentation standards, and referral discipline
  • Ensure consistent clinical decision making across clinics, on-site deployments, and third-party providers
Physician Engagement and Behavior Change
  • Own physician engagement, capability development, and performance governance across Corporate Health
  • Train, onboard, and continuously develop employed and third-party physicians supporting OH services
  • Establish lead physician, peer review, or cluster models to scale clinical leadership
  • Define expected physician behaviors aligned to corporate primary care and prevention models
  • Actively address underperformance, protocol deviation, or quality concerns among physicians
Clinical Governance and Advisory
  • Serve as senior clinical advisor for complex employer cases, escalation reviews, and governance discussions
  • Ensure wellness and lifestyle programs are clinically triggered and aligned with approved care pathways
  • Partner with Care Navigation and Analytics teams to close care gaps and strengthen follow-through
  • Support regulatory, audit, and clinical safety reviews as required.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed physician with experience in occupational health, corporate health, or primary care
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, pathway standardization, or population health
