Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Creative Video Editor to produce high-impact video content that drives user engagement and brand growth for our digital healthcare solutions. This role is essential for transforming complex health-tech information into visually clear, compelling, and engaging videos for various platforms in the Philippine market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Production & Post-Production: Edit and finalize diverse video content, including marketing advertisements, educational tutorials, client success stories, and event highlights, ensuring technical excellence and creative storytelling.
  • Visual Enhancement: Apply advanced post-production techniques such as color grading, sound design/mixing, and motion graphics (where needed) to enhance visual quality and audience engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure video content aligns perfectly with strategic messaging, product launches, and sales goals.
  • Asset Management: Manage and organize a large media asset library (video footage, audio, and graphics) and adapt assets for different digital and traditional channels.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or a related role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Tagalog to effectively target both professional and local audiences.
  • Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio showcasing proficiency in editing a range of content styles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Film, or a related creative field.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the Health-Tech, SaaS, or Marketing industries is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics or 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Creative Agility: Resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable creating content in a high-speed, technology-first environment.
