Job Description
The Marketing Associate (Content) is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across digital and social media platforms to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing objectives. The role also supports influencer partnerships, community management, and content performance monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and publish engaging content for social media and digital marketing channels.
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Write and edit captions, scripts, headlines, and promotional copy consistent with brand guidelines.
Coordinate the creation of photos, videos, graphics, and other multimedia content.
Optimize content for platform-specific requirements, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Monitor social media trends and audience insights to generate relevant content ideas.
Manage community engagement and ensure timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
Identify and coordinate with suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators for marketing initiatives.
Track content performance and prepare basic reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and platform policies.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design, photo editing, and video editing is an advantage.
Willing to work extended hours as required.
Willing to do field work.
