The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales and meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain client relationship.
- Create strategies and activities to achieve sales targets.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferably Female, 20 to 35 years old
- With at least 6 months to 1 year working experience (in sales or customer service)
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Can start immediately
