Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Overview: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Team in maintaining client & vendor accounts & aged receivables.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR Inbox and distribute appropriately.
  • Review and approve paper and electronic invoices for delivery to the client.
  • Process new account setups; organize and prepare customer account applications for approval.
  • Assist Account Managers in the investigation, reconciliation, and collection of past due accounts. Including but not
  • limited to courtesy calling 30-60.
  • Manage returned mail.
  • Receive incoming ACD telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process required invoices in portals.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.
  • Act in accordance with the client's policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook, and company specific programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service with internal and external clients.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities.
  • Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team.

Setup: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
