SOC Analyst / Incident Response Analyst

• Location: MOA, Pasay
• Work Setup: Hybrid
• 1x/week onsite
• 1 week onsite quarterly during client visits
• Schedule: Rotating Shift

(Flexible to any schedule required)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and validate security alerts from SIEM tools and platforms
• Investigate alerts using Splunk, SentinelOne, and other security systems
• Identify true positive threats and escalate incidents to the IR team with complete documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a cybersecurity or similar role
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, alert triage, and log investigation
• Strong written communication and escalation skills

• Has high attention to detail
• Can manage multiple tasks effectively
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Can work independently, follow procedures, and meet deadlines
