Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting AnalystWork Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting
Overview:
Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze performance metrics and trends
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
