Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

Qualifications/Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting.System Skills: Proficiency using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and cycle counting procedures.Leadership Capabilities: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Willing to be relocated at Mabalacat Pampanga
