• Human resources, payroll processing and recruiting
• Coordinate weekly vendor payments and communications
• Monitor Accounting inbox for vendor communication or payment requests
• Scheduling and taking meeting notes for executive leadership meetings
• Support year-end audit prep, including providing documentation and answering basic auditor inquiries.
• Maintain updated SOPs

• Must have senior-level experience with a strong background in HR leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in policy development, conflict mediation, employee relations, annual evaluations, and performance improvement planning.
• Preferrably someone with an experience as a Supervisor, to Managerial role.
• Willingness to take on administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• At least minimal experience in recruitment and general HR functions.
• Background in payroll processing is required, with preference for candidates experienced in U.S. payroll.
• Must be capable of multitasking and handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
