Inventory control analyst

• Track and analyze daily inventory transactions to maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, regional teams, and logistics partners regarding stock availability, shipment schedules, and material specifications.
• Generate and distribute regular inventory reports, variance analyses, and cycle count summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements and adjustments to ensure traceability.
• Review and recommend improvements to inventory control procedures to reduce waste, prevent stockouts, and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP), and audit requirements.
• Work closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and sales teams to align on stock requirements and product availability.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin language.
• With or without experience in inventory control or warehouse analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large data sets and draw insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety standards and inventory audit processes is an advantage.
