Job Description

1. Investigate high-risk incidents, suspicious transactions, and potential fraud cases involving customers, merchants, and Sales Associates.
2. Conduct field validation, customer residence checks, barangay verification, and area investigations when necessary.
3. Analyze fraud trends, operational risks, and compliance issues within assigned areas.
4. Collaborate with the Merchant Fraud Team, Sales Field Trainers, and Area Managers to address fraud alerts and implement corrective actions.
5. Conduct spot checks and field audits to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
6. Prepare accurate investigation reports, case documentation, and risk assessment findings.
7. Coordinate with local authorities or barangay officials for information validation when required.
8. Support fraud prevention initiatives through coaching, awareness sessions, and process improvement recommendations.
9. Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely reporting of all investigation activities and findings.

1. Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
2. Ideally with 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, field audit, risk management, or sales operations.
3. Background in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.
4. Strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
