About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join Ascendion' as a Project Manager/Delivery Lead. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of key projects for the organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Manage scope, change, quality and issue resolution processes for projects
- Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to align on project requirements and expectations
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to project team members
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong project management skills with expertise in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience managing and mentoring project teams
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and software
