About the Role

As the Network Operations Manager / Network Lead, you will lead a team of network engineers responsible for supporting and maintaining a large-scale Cisco enterprise network. You'll oversee daily operations, network security, compliance, audits, performance management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring service excellence across a 24x7 environment.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support
• Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Oversee enterprise network operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Manage Cisco routing, switching, and security infrastructure
• Support Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, IPS, Routers & Switches, and Cisco AnyConnect environments
• Administer Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewalls
• Lead audit readiness, security compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Manage security patching, IOS upgrades, audit log reviews, and access controls
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability
• Drive capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Capacity, and Vendor Management
• Support Disaster Recovery planning and testing
• Maintain network documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and design documents
• Participate in 24x7 support and high-severity incident management

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise network operations.
• Proven experience leading or managing network engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching.

Experience supporting:

• Cisco ASA
• Cisco Firepower
• IPS
• Cisco Routers & Switches
• Cisco AnyConnect
• Experience with Proxy infrastructure.
• Experience managing Checkpoint firewalls.
• Experience managing security audits and compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Active CCNA certification (required)
• Active CCNP certification (required)
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Willing to support US business hours and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.

• Experience with enterprise capacity planning and technology refresh projects.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing experience.
• Strong experience preparing operational reports and network documentation.
