About the role
STARBREAKER CORP is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time internship position based in Cupang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will gain practical experience in mechanical engineering whilst contributing to real-world projects that drive our business forward.You will work alongside experienced engineers, applying theoretical knowledge to solve technical challenges and support the development of innovative mechanical solutions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to launch your engineering career and build a strong foundation in the mechanical engineering discipline.
Key responsibilities- Technical Assistance: Directly assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of PICKUP COFFE Core equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Participate in scheduled PM inspections, including lubrication, and wear component checks, documenting findings accurately.
- Technical Documentation: Review and update maintenance manuals, machine specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical mechanical assets.
- Failure Analysis: Assist the team in investigating equipment failures to determine root causes and propose corrective actions or design modifications.
- Tool and Equipment Audit: Help ensure all maintenance tools and test equipment are calibrated, organized, and properly maintained.
