Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming voice calls from U.S.-based customers.
- Provide support across multiple channels—primarily voice, with potential support via email and chat—while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and deep product knowledge in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions in the system.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a voice-based customer service role, preferably supporting U.S. customers.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible and amenable to working U.S. time zone shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
