Commercial Property Manager

Qualifications:

• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing commercial office buildings, particularly those with large office spaces.
• Stable employment history with significant tenure in previous property management roles.
• Extensive experience handling leasing activities for large corporate or key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, facilities management, tenant relations, and lease administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations, maintenance, and management of the commercial building.
• Ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient building operations.
• Manage lease administration and support leasing activities for prospective and existing tenants.
• Handle negotiations and maintain relationships with large corporate clients and key accounts.
• Monitor occupancy rates and assist in implementing strategies to maximize building occupancy.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
