The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. This role serves as the first point of contact and represents the company’s service standards and brand image.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in front office, customer service, or related role (preferred).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
