About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience BI Specialist to support our APAC Supply Chain and Customer Experience team.

In this role, you will turn complex supply chain and customer data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance improvements across OTIFD (On-Time In-Full Delivery), CSL (Customer Service Level), CTD (Cost-to-Deliver), and O2C (Order-to-Cash).

You will work closely with regional stakeholders to build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and support data-driven decision-making across markets.

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Analyze OTIFD, CSL, CTD, and O2C performance and identify key drivers
• Deliver insights on cost, delivery performance, and process bottlenecks
• Support customer collaboration and business review discussions
• Track performance improvement initiatives and measure business impact
• Work with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Good understanding of OTIFD, CSL, CTD, and O2C metrics
• Experience working with large, multi-source datasets
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
