Job Overview

CPS Asia Pacific is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused AU Customer Experience & Returns Specialist to join our growing team based in Ortigas, Pasig City. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience supporting Australian customers or accounts, particularly in customer service, returns processing, and after-sales support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer return requests, ensuring timely resolutions, and delivering a seamless customer experience aligned with Australian service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to product returns via phone, email, and chat support for Australian-based customers
  • Review and assess return requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Process return authorizations accurately within required service timelines
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding return and warranty claim status
  • Escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate internal departments when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, returns, and transactions within CRM systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service and returns management processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or related support roles
  • Experience handling Australian accounts or supporting AU-based customers is highly preferred
  • Background in electronics, retail, e-commerce, or after-sales support is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms and customer support tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in returns processing, warranty claims, or after-sales support is preferred
