URGENT : WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations, safety, and adherence to company policies. The role involves managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.

1. Inventory Management:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
• Assuring that inventory is always kept at optimal conditions to ensure quality.

1. Operational Efficiency:

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows.
• Monitor and manage warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Assure cost savings measures.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Responsible for the Safety guidelines and processes of the devices.

1. Logistics Coordination:

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Address any shipping or receiving issues promptly

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and metrics.
• Handle documentation for regulatory compliance
