Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, appointment setting, and closing opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with email outreach and prospecting campaigns.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in IT Staffing, IT Staff Augmentation, or Managed Services is an advantage.
  • Existing network or business contacts is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build relationships, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads to create new business opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Create personalized outreach messages and email campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development team to achieve lead generation goals.
