Avensys Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Mid and Seniort IT Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our APAC client portfolio. This contract position will give you the opportunity to work with a range of dynamic and innovative technology companies across the Asia-Pacific region.

Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract (6 or 12 months)Work Arrangement: Work From Home (Philippines-based only)
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (PH Time)

☑️About the Role
We are seeking a Mid and Senior IT Recruiter with strong, recent hands-on experience in APAC technology hiring. This role is intended for seasoned recruiters who are currently (or very recently) managing active IT requisitions and can operate independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
☑️Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, and complex IT roles across APAC
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies across multiple technology stacks
- Act as a trusted hiring advisor to hiring managers and regional stakeholders
- Manage high-priority, hard-to-fill requisitions with minimal supervision
- Conduct recruiter interviews and coordinate technical and stakeholder interviews
- Minimum of 5+ years of deep IT recruitment experience, with strong emphasis on APAC markets
- Recent and continuous hands-on experience hiring across diverse technology stacks
- Proven success recruiting senior-level and niche technical roles
- Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
