Is currently looking for:

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Rate: ( Php 13500-15,000 )

• Degree Holder in accountancy or any busines related course.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Quickbooks, Microsoft ) is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• College graduate preferred. BS in accountancy

• Assist Accounting Head for daily task/activity assigned.
• Assist in handling/ monitoring various Accounts
• Advances to employees – un-liquidated advances, communication (personal consumption)
• Due to BIR/ PHIC/ PAG-IBIG/ GSIS
• Assets inventory (Fixed Assets/ Supplies)
• Accounts payable to suppliers;
• Assist in inventory of records (DMS), and monitors the completeness of documents;
• Receives and routes documents to/from Accounting Department;
• Assist in billing and collection related activities; and
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
