What Will Be Your Role?
As the Training Supervisor at Cleanfuel, you will play a key role in enhancing employee performance through the design and delivery of engaging training programs. Your focus will be on essential soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer service.

You will assess training needs and continuously improve learning systems to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and fostering ongoing learning for both Head Office and field employees. You will also mentor and lead Field Trainers and Roving Supervisors to maintain consistent training standards across the company.

Additionally, you will manage training records, reports, and evaluations through platforms like Jotform and other systems.

What You Bring to the Table:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in CPTM is a plus.
Proven expertise in designing and facilitating soft skills training.
Strong communication and public speaking skills, coupled with a passion for teaching and developing others.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities, with prior experience managing a team of trainers.
Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Must-Haves:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Training Supervisor.
Expertise in various training methodologies and a track record of superior teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for creating impactful training presentations.
Knowledge of video editing and presentation creation tools to enhance training content.
