Position Overview:

The Operations Training Intern supports the development and enhancement of learning materials that drive effective training delivery and learner engagement. This position focuses on assisting in the design, creation, and refinement of training resources, while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning content and overall training effectiveness within the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Design and Development Support:

• Assist in developing structured learning materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, training videos, process guides) based on provided outline.
• Revise and enhance materials by incorporating feedback from the supervisor
• Support the development of interactive training modules and content
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve departmental efficiency

Admin Tasks:

• Assist the Operations Development team in scheduling, coordinating, and communicating training programs
• Support the setup of training sessions, including organizing IT equipment and other requirements for onsite delivery
• Prepare training facilities, including visual aids and necessary materials
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager

Other Tasks:

• Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
• Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of ADDIE methodology and adult learning principles
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to apply formulas and functions.
