About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role combines lead generation, appointment setting, customer reactivation, and inside sales to help drive business growth for our international clients.

As the first point of contact with prospective and existing customers, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, re-engaging inactive accounts, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, generating quotations, and supporting customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other approved outreach channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers based on established sales qualification criteria.
  • Build rapport with prospects and uncover customer needs through consultative conversations.
  • Conduct live call transfers to client sales representatives when qualified opportunities are identified.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the client's sales team.
  • Explain products, services, and business solutions while addressing customer inquiries.
Account Reactivation & Sales
  • Re-engage dormant or inactive customer accounts through proactive outbound outreach.
  • Research customer accounts and update contact information within the CRM.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to uncover new purchasing opportunities.
  • Prepare and generate quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Assist customers throughout the order placement process.
  • Perform follow-ups to maximize customer conversion and sales opportunities.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
CRM & Sales Administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including call outcomes, customer interactions, appointments, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Track daily sales activities, pipeline progress, appointments, and conversion metrics.
  • Utilize MS Excel to monitor performance reports, lead status, and sales productivity.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all customer communications.
Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless customer handoffs and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for customer escalations when necessary.
  • Adhere to company quality standards, client requirements, compliance policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established KPIs including outbound call volume, qualified leads, appointments, customer reactivation, quotations, and sales conversions.
Daily Activities
  • Make approximately 60–100 outbound calls per day.
  • Conduct cold calling and customer follow-ups.
  • Perform account research and contact validation.
  • Send follow-up emails and sales communications.
  • Generate customer quotations.
  • Schedule appointments and live transfers.
  • Update CRM and Excel tracking reports.
  • Assist customers with order placement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding customer requests and escalations.
Qualifications
  • Senior High School graduate, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in any of the following:
  • Outbound Sales
  • Inside Sales
  • Business Development
  • Lead Generation
  • Cold Calling
  • Appointment Setting
  • Customer Reactivation
  • Experience supporting US, Canadian, or international clients is an advantage.
  • B2B sales experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, SAP, or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with auto-dialers and sales engagement tools is preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
