Key Responsibilities
Developer and Office Accreditation- Assist in processing and monitoring developer and office accreditation requirements
- Coordinate with developers, partners, and internal departments regarding documentation and compliance
- Maintain organized records and tracking of accreditation documents and approvals
- Post and update property listings on various online property portals and social media platforms
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing
- Monitor listing status and coordinate updates or revisions when necessary
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Finance departments
- Assist in coordination of meetings, documentation, filing, and internal communications
- Support office operations and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role
- Experience in real estate administration is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
