Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of logistics and warehouse operations. This position focuses on coordinating deliveries, managing inventory movement, and supporting the overall logistics planning to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and dispatch planning.
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
• Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to optimize routes and loading efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, accuracy, and timeliness in logistics operations.
• Support inventory audits and assist in implementing efficient warehouse and logistics procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics activities with operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related program.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a food distribution or logistics planning role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other operational software.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing well under pressure.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.
