Quezon City - Office Engineer (Civil Engineer)

APEC Homes is looking for goal-driven Civil Engineers to be part of our growing community. Slots are available for Budget Engineer/Quantity Surveyor (2) and Site Monitoring Engineer. See details for reference:

• Estimate/forecast the cost of labor & materials needed for the project.
• Coordinates with different Departments such as Design, Contracts, Purchasing, and Site Personnel for budget-related items.
• Tracks changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.
• Evaluates change orders.
• Conduct site inspection as needed.

• With related work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Budget Engineer is an advantage.
• With good communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking;
• Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
• Detail oriented fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Monitors the project in all stages and provides solution to the problems being encountered by coordinating directly with project engineers, site engineers, site workers and contractors;
• Prepares and updates detailed monthly programs to increase accomplishments;
• Monitors survey requests and manpower requests;
• Conducts site visitations from time to time and review site concerns;
• Works in accordance with issued variation orders or to recover delays.

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 1-2 years of related experience in Project Monitoring or Project Management;
• With good communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking;
• Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

• Mainly Ortigas-based but must be willing to conduct site visits (CALABARZON and/or Central Luzon) from time to time
