Office Engineer

SnMAC Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Office Engineer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report project progress to Project Engineer and to clients.
2. Prepare project estimates, site and work schedules, statement of work accomplishments and reports.
3. Coordinate with Purchasing Staff and HR Generalist for securing of materials and manpower needed onsite.
4. Monitor that the projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or schedule.
5. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, project manager and government offices.
6. Collaborate with the HR Generalist in dealing with correspondence, complaints, queries and welfare of workers.
7. Oversee processing of building permits for projects.
8. Oversee and manages the financial aspects of a project, ensuring it stays within the allocated budget and adheres to financial regulations.
9. Check prepared purchase orders from the purchasing officer if within required specifications and budget.
10. And all other works they may be.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least one (1) year experience in residential houses, residential and showflat projects. Any related experience in Pumping Stations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong analytical, problem- solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned on-site or travel to project locations as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
