Job Description
Posted on 1 June 2026- Prepares Delivery Receipts for all product deliveries based on the loading checklist prepared by the checkers.
- Checks balance status of jobs/items to be delivered after issuance of corresponding delivery receipts.
- Check the delivery schedule on due dates of customers' orders from the Sales Orders. Coordinate with Sales Department on matters affecting the status of delivery scheduled for the day.
- Accomplish a Daily Delivery Schedule. Endorse this to the Shipping Supervisor and Sales Departement.
- Receive delivery documents and rejections notice from truckers' delivery personnel. Prepare receiving report and submit to Accounting Department.
- Inform Shipping Supervisor on rejected deliveries.
- Prepare a Transfer Slip for the rejected items. Attach customers' rejection notice, if available.
- Submit Transfer Slip to QC Department for validation of the causes of rejection.
- Must be a graduate of four (4) year course
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in related field
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer literate
