About the role

This is a full-time position based in Paniqui, Tarlac.

1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
2. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty
4. Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and equipped to provide exceptional service
5. Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices
6. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the bakery or food service industry
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
