Head of Sales (Credit Scoring / Fraud Detection)

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives, market dynamics, and revenue targets.
  • Lead and grow the sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to exceed individual and team goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on hunting new logos and expanding the customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, fintechs, and other B2B clients.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market efforts and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasting and reporting to track pipeline performance and ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in data-driven financial solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and insights to inform strategic planning and product development.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and tools, enabling efficient growth and repeatable success.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within financial services, fintech, or SaaS targeting banks and financial institutions.
  • Existing network and strong relationships within the banking sector in the Philippines - a must-have for quickly building pipeline and closing strategic deals.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in sales leadership roles, with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting new business, including winning new logos and creating enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of building and optimizing sales processes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with sales metrics, forecasting, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting.
  • Knowledge of credit bureau services, alternative credit scoring, or data-driven financial products is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
