  • Monitor daily agent performance and sales metrics.
  • Conduct daily performance check-ins and provide real-time, constructive feedback.
  • Track individual and team performance, identifying gaps and delivering targeted coaching.
  • Enforce high standards of customer interaction to maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales conversions, GP/agent, LHS compliance, and ancillary sales.
  • Enforce adherence to schedules, breaks, and overall workplace discipline to optimize productivity.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a call center or high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
