Marketing specialist

Job Description

1. Build, implement, and manage a social media strategy driven by competitive research, platform benchmarking, targeted messaging, and audience identification.
2. Map out and maintain structured content calendars. Generate, edit, publish, and distribute high-quality daily content (original text, images, and video) that fosters authentic community connections and drives audience action.
3. Actively monitor, protect, and enhance brand reputation across all digital channels.
4. Set up, maintain, and continuously optimize company profile pages on each respective platform to maximize the visibility and searchability of the company’s digital assets.
5. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
6. Capture, analyze, and report on key social metrics, performance data, and audience insights to continuously refine our digital footprint and implement industry best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Social Media Specialist or equivalent
2. Practical experience with Facebook Business Suite (Meta Business Suite) and standard social analytics/scheduling tools.
3. Proficient in basic video editing and graphic design using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. (Advanced content creation skills are a strong plus).
4. Clear, functional communication skills in English. Confident communicating across all organizational levels, from staff to CEO.
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Confident presenting data findings, analysis, and insights clearly to stakeholders.
6. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent multitasking abilities under minimal supervision.
7. Clear, functional communication skills in English. Confident communicating across all organizational levels, from staff to CEO.
8. Amenable to working on-site in España, Manila.
