Qualifications/Requirements- What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing high-budget Meta, Google & TikTok campaigns
- Expertise in AdsPower, multi-account management, proxies, and account compliance
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization
- Data-driven with experience monitoring CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, MER, and nCAC
- Skilled in direct-response marketing, offer creation, customer psychology, and campaign scaling
- Proactive, analytical, and able to manage budgets with minimal supervision
